Welcome to Dade Residence. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the terms governing all bookings and stays at our property located at 834 Aerodrome, Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
By accessing this website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- General
Dade Residence is a boutique bed and breakfast accommodation offering lodging and related guest services in Victoria Falls. These Terms apply to all bookings made directly with us, through our website, or via authorized third-party platforms.
Dade Residence reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Reservations & Payments
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment, whether made online, via bank transfer, or in person at Dade Residence.
- Unpaid or partially paid reservations are not considered confirmed and may be released without notice.
- All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of cancellation or no-show.
- Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 11:00 hrs
- Check-out time: 10:00 hrs
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply.
- A valid form of identification is required upon check-in.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All bookings and payments made to Dade Residence are final.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations, early departures, or no-shows under any circumstances.
- In cases of force majeure or unavoidable events, management may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit for a future stay, subject to availability.
- Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain respect for the property, staff, and other guests at all times.
- Loud noise, disruptive behaviour, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- Only registered guests are allowed in rooms.
- Management reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if these rules are violated.
- Smoking Policy
All rooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking.
Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. A cleaning fee may be charged if smoking occurs inside guest rooms.
- Children & Additional Guests
- Children are welcome at Dade Residence under adult supervision.
- Each room type has a specified maximum occupancy that must not be exceeded.
- Additional bedding or baby cots may be provided upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
- Liability
While every precaution is taken to ensure guest safety, Dade Residence will not be held liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Injuries, accidents, or illnesses occurring during the stay, except where caused by proven negligence. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes and obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
- Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage to property, furnishings, or facilities during their stay.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest’s account or credit card.
- Force Majeure
Dade Residence shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Privacy Policy
Personal details collected during the booking process are used solely for reservation and communication purposes. Dade Residence respects your privacy and will not share personal information with third parties, except as required by law.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
